Lippincott's Review For NCLEX-RN was definitely one of my favorite books through nursing school and in reviewing for the NCLEX.  It has numerous questions with answers and rationales for all topic areas. I recommend using it through school and then revisiting the questions and exams during NCLEX preparation.
