What aspects of preparing for the NCLEX are most challenging for you

As I was thinking about and helping a student prepare for the NCLEX, I realized that everyone I've come across has a different issue that makes preparing for this big exam difficult.
For some, it's deciding where to start. For others it's preparing a studying schedule and sticking to it, and for yet others it's the inability to concentrate.
What's your biggest challenge in preparing for the NCLEX?
