Be prepared for a gruelling day.  You will have up to six hours to complete the RN examination, and five hours to complete the PN examination.

The total examination time includes a short tutorial, two preprogrammed optional breaks and any unscheduled breaks they may take. The first optional break is offered after two hours of testing. The second optional break is offered after three and one-half hours of testing.

Remember that all breaks count towards the 11 hours of testing time!

hi.
up to 11 hours!! wow!! i know i should expect something hard, but i wasnt thinking it might take that long this exam!! that is like a good day of work!
I guess you took yourself this already. This break times you mentioned after two hours, around how long time they give you? Do you have any time to eat?
I know it is silly question, but my blood sugar a bit low, so, i worry if i cant take a few bite, i might cant concentrate as good.

It's actually six hours for the RN exam and five for the PN exam, so depending on the one you're taking you should prepare accordingly.  The computer shuts off once the allocated time is over
